Dan Crawley MNAEA
Director

Dan joined Aldreds in 2001 as a negotiator in the Great Yarmouth office. He was appointed manager of the Gorleston office in 2002 and became a Director in 2007. A hugely experienced estate agent, with vast experience and market knowledge along the East Coast, Dan oversees our Gorleston operation on a day to day basis as well as managing our estate agency operation across the group. Dan lives in Ormesby St Margaret with his wife and children and has been involved in many sports clubs over the years and is a long term member of Great Yarmouth & Caister Golf Club.

Paul Lambert MNAEA
Director

Paul joined the firm in 2007 having previously worked in the locality for a competitor agency since 2000. Paul was appointed as a Director in 2015 and is generally based at our Stalham office heading up our operation in the Broadland area and the North Norfolk Coastal villages. With over 20 years of experience, Paul carries out daily property valuations and specializes particularly in the NR12, NR13, NR28 & NR29 areas as well as picking up the day to day management responsibility of the Broadland office in Stalham. Paul lives in Acle with his wife and three daughters and is a keen Broadland Sailor and Norwich City FC supporter.

Mark Duffield
Managing Director

Mark has been with Aldreds since the 1970’s and follows in his father’s footsteps heading the business. Mark handles many valuation and commercial matters for retained clients as well as handling residential and land sales from Hall Quay Office. Mark is a keen sailor and lives in Beccles with his wife. Mark has two grown up children.

Chris Fielding
Associate Director

Chris joined the firm in 2020 having worked in the Great Yarmouth area for approximately 30 years. A vastly experienced estate agent, Chris is a well-known and trusted face in Great Yarmouth, Caister, Filby, Ormesby, Winterton and the villages to the north of town. Chris heads up our Great Yarmouth office, carrying out daily valuations and can be contacted on 01493 844891 or chris.fielding@aldreds.co.uk. In his spare time, Chris is a keen golfer and enjoys skiing. He played football locally at a high level for many years and lives in Ormesby St Margaret with his family.

David McMaster
Associate Director - Lettings & Property Management

David joined Aldreds in 2024 bringing 35 years of lettings experience. A past president of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA – Propertymark) and one of the most qualified letting agents in the country. David is very hands on from initial rental valuations through to end of Tenancy check outs so you can be assured your property is always in professional hands.

Susie Cannon
Lettings Manager

Susie joined Aldreds in 2008. As Lettings office manager based at the Hall Quay rental department, Susie is responsible for overseeing our lettings and property management business and has been successful in growing the department. Originally from Norwich, Susie now resides in Great Yarmouth.

Darren Capps
Lowestoft Branch Manager

Darren joined the firm in 2018 to head up our Lowestoft office, bringing with him 20 years of experience in the Lowestoft property market. Much liked for his no pressure, laid back approach, he has a proven track record of helping people achieve the best price for their homes whilst always maintaining the highest level of service. Darren lives with his fiancée Emma and two children and enjoys family days out in his spare time.

Tim Wicks
Branch Manager

Tim joined Aldreds in 2023, bringing 37 years of estate agency experience to the firm. Born in Great Yarmouth, Tim is based in the Gorleston branch and responsible for property valuations and looking after clients in the local area. Being very customer focussed, Tim enjoys looking after customers in the same way as he would expect to be treated himself. Tim is a keen photographer and an enthusiastic golfer, maintaining a delusional belief that he will eventually make it to a single figure handicap.

Jackie Reed
Senior Office Manager

Jackie joined Aldreds in 1999 as a part time assistant in our Acle office. After a few months she was offered the position of secretary in the survey/valuation department and soon went on to become a full time member of Aldreds staff. In 2007 Jackie relocated to our Great Yarmouth office where she became part of the commercial team and also took over the running of Aldreds auction department. In 2012 it was time for another move within the company when Jackie was offered the position of senior negotiator in Great Yarmouth Office. In 2022, Jackie was promoted to Senior Office Manager of the Great Yarmouth office.

Melissa Richeda
Senior Office Manager

Melissa started working for Aldreds in 2004 at our Lowestoft Office as a part time sales negotiator, having previously working in Customer Services for over 15 years. In 2014 Melissa moved to the Gorleston Office initially as a sales negotiator, then as Office Manager. Melissa deals with the general running of the office and uses her vast experience to negotiate and progress sales in this busy office. In 2022, Melissa was promoted to Senior Office Manager.

Tara Hart
Lowestoft Office Manager

Tara has been wtith Aldreds for over eleven years, having joined the firm as a senior sales negotiator at Aldreds in 2008, previously working at an independent estate agent in Gorleston for eight years. Tara then became office manager at the Lowestoft office in 2012 where she oversees the running of the office, staff cover and making sure the office is well equipped. Day to day, Tara uses her great experience of the local property market to negotiate and progress sales to completion.

Peppa Cuthbert CPEA FNAEA
Office Manager

Peppa has worked in estate agency in Norfolk since 1994, previously working for another local independent agency for over 20 years. Based at our Broadland office at Stalham, Peppa offers an extremely experienced hand with sales negotiation and progression. Peppa has achieved the NAEA Certificate of Practice in Estate Agency and is a Fellow member of the National Association of Estate Agents. In 2022, Peppa was promoted to Office Manager
