The finance firm Henry Dannell have reported that the average house price in the East of England now stands at £332,216. A rise of £24,942 on the £307,274 at the start of 2021. Although house prices on the east coasts of Norfolk and Suffolk are often below the average seen across the country, there can be no doubt that we have seen prices spike last year. Bungalows on the coast and quality family houses on estates have seen substantial rises. Country properties have also seen a spike in value.
