The property portal Rightmove.co.uk has reported a rise in enquiries to estate agents regarding selling properties. Week commencing 20th June valuation requests via the portal were up nearly a quarter against the same month the year before. That week also represented one of the busiest weeks for valuation requests in 2022. Rightmove also reports new properties coming to market up 14% over the past two weeks. This can only be good news for house hunters!
