Viewing levels pick up! We have seen a large increase in the number of house viewings being booked in all offices. As we move out of January and (slowly) towards the spring it is expected that the market will come to life. There can be no doubt that this is happening and although the market is still very price sensitive. we are confident that 2024 will be a huge improvement on 2023!
