So out of the blue we are having a general election on 8th June.
There will be many policy announcements over the next few days and weeks. Many will involve housing and housing policy as well as benefits relating to them. It will be very interesting how all major parties approach the ‘housing market’ and the challenges in both the ownership and rental sector.
