First time buyers bounce back! 

According to the National Association of Estate Agents 32% of sales agreed in October were to First Time Buyers. This is a 9% rise from September and the highest since records began at the start of the century.

October is usually a strong month in the housing market. Indeed our Great Yarmouth office had its best month on new sales for over a decade.

It appears that the UK housing market remains strong despite concerns regarding ‘Brexit’ and any knock on economic doom and gloom.
