We are delighted to announce Matthew Nuttall as our new Associate Director - Lettings.
Matthew joined Aldreds in 2007 to train as a Domestic Energy Assessor to produce EPC’s for the firm, a qualification that he still holds today. However, in recent years he has successfully taken on an increasingly important role in the Lettings and Property Management side of the business, carrying out rental valuations and appraisals throughout our operating area.
Matthew now heads up our specialist Lettings and Property Management department - A vastly experienced and knowledgeable team, based at our Great Yarmouth head office.

Stamp duty threshold raised to £500,000 for all those purchasing their main residences if selling their existing main residence. The 3% surcharge remains in place for those buying second homes or buy to let properties but those buyers will still save as there is no raising of rates at £125,000 and £250,000.
